EVRYSHÉ Boutique – Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or odors

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Bodysuits
  • Items marked Final Sale

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are local in the North Jersey area please reach out to us via email or instagram, we can schedule a pick up arrangement. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection(with reason) of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges depending on product availability. Please reach out to us via email or instagram within 7 days of delivery. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will resolve this promptly.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

EVRYSHÉ Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly FIRST. Then you may reach out to us and we will do what we can to assist you. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank
